We understand how important it is to gain and maintain the trust of our customers, which is why we carefully consider every review, comment, and especially the complaints of those who choose us.

Despite our strict control over the suppliers’ work, there are occasionally situations where a customer may be dissatisfied with shipping time (which, at times, is beyond our control) or the product received.

To ensure all of our valued customers remain satisfied, we are available 24/7 to address any complaints, requests, or claims. You can always reach out to us to request a reshipment or a refund.

However, if a customer decides to skip a peaceful resolution and initiates a chargeback, they should be aware that this harms our reputation and results in penalty charges and sometimes in the loss of a payment method.

In such cases, the customer will be added to our blacklist, as well as to those of any affiliated websites. They will not be able to modify their details, address, name, or re-register to make any future orders—NEVER. Our robust verification system ensures this is not something that can be bypassed.

The only way to lift this ban is by settling all outstanding payments and paying a $100 min penalty via Bitcoin.

To avoid complications, we ask customers to address issues directly with us, without involving third parties, for the benefit of both sides!
