I’ve placed my order—how long will it take for my payment to be processed?

To minimize fraud, we do not process transactions in real-time. Each order requires confirmation via phone, email, or chat. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order details and the products you've selected. Typically, we process orders within 1-3 days, provided you confirm your order promptly.

Additionally, some payment processors may require their own verification or risk assessment. We will always notify you in advance about such checks and provide clear instructions on how to successfully complete their verification.

How do you process payments?

We process payments only after completing our verification or that of our payment provider. Please note that you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions on how to complete your payment using the chosen payment method. Additionally, we will always inform you of the descriptor that will appear on your bank statement.

Why was my payment declined by the bank (and in some cases, why did I receive an alert)?

Most banks flag international charges from new or unfamiliar merchant descriptors and temporarily block them as a precaution, awaiting your confirmation. To proceed with your payment, please contact your bank and authorize the transaction. This is a standard security measure.

What Payment options can I use?

We strive to offer as many payment options as possible for our customers. However, due to the particular features of our products and the specifics of our business model, this is becoming increasingly complex. As a result, we are required to sort payment methods by country, and sometimes even by product. Once you select the product you’re interested in on the website, you can check all available payment methods in your account or contact our sales department for assistance.

I don’t recognize the charge. How can I verify that it’s for my order and not fraudulent?

Check your bank statement to confirm the amount and merchant descriptor. If they match what we provided, the charge is legitimate. Banks flag first-time international charges as a security measure to protect against fraud, but this is not the case here.

 
  1. Log into Your Bank Account:
    Access your bank’s online or mobile banking platform where Zelle is integrated (most major banks and credit unions offer Zelle).
  2. Navigate to the Zelle Section:
    In your bank’s app or website, find the Zelle option. This might be listed under "Payments," "Transfers," or "Send Money."
  3. Select "Send Money":
    Choose the option to send money. You'll be prompted to enter the recipient's details.
  4. Enter the Recipient’s Email Address or Use the Attached QR Code:
    When asked to select a recipient, enter the email address or scan the QR code of the person you want to send money to.
  5. Enter the Payment Amount:
    Type in the amount of money you'd like to send.
  6. Review and Confirm:
    Review the details of your transfer: the recipient’s email address and the payment amount. Important: Please do not add any extra messages; we’ll find your payment using your name and amount. Once you confirm the information is correct, submit the payment.
  7. Confirmation:
    After you complete the transfer, you'll receive a confirmation message from your bank. The recipient will also receive a notification that the money is on its way.

Remember, Zelle transfers are typically fast, with funds usually being available within minutes, but both you and the recipient must be enrolled in Zelle for the transfer to go through.

As we use a payment provider for this option, please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive payment confirmation and update your order status to "Processed." Thank you for your patience!

The total for a single order is limited to $600.
If you need additional items, you can easily place a separate order for the remaining products.
Alternatively, you may opt for cryptocurrency, which imposes no order amount restrictions.

We ship worldwide. However, due to our shipping setup, some products may not be available in certain countries.
The website will only allow you to order products that are available for delivery to your country.

Why can't I reorder?

There are two possible problems that can prevent a customer from reordering from us:

1) Chargebacks

If a customer makes a chargeback, they are automatically blocked by our system. Chargebacks create a lot of problems for us as well as additional expenses. Any customer can and should contact our support to get a compensation via refund instead of making a chargeback.

If you would like to be removed from the blacklist, you will have to pay for the chargeback plus the penalty amount (which varies depending on the payment option). Please contact our support team for assistance.

2) Unnecessary Refunds

Repeated refunds create similar issues. If a customer requests two refunds in succession, they will also be blacklisted.

The procedure for unblocking is the same as for chargebacks. We understand that not all situations can be solved with a standard approach and will gladly provide an individual solution to your problem.

Your credit card will be charged at once for the amount indicated in your order and this includes shipping and packaging. We ship to any personal address and Post Office Boxes. About any items that come out of stock you will be notified by e-mail.

Shipping Policy

We use registered International Airmail for all of our orders. The final delivery time depends on the reliability of your postal service. It takes a couple of days to approve the order by the doctor and about a week to ship it out.

Then the shipping time is 14-28 working days for EU products and Indian products, counting from the send date.

We are unable to accept requests for cancellations once the order has been processed.

Your credit card will be charged in USD. For other currencies, prices are approximate.

Different companies produce medicines, which may vary in appearance and/or taste, but contain the same active ingredient. All are equally effective. Always ask your Pharmacist if you are concerned.

Each active ingredient has a standard (generic) name, it is also given an individual trade name by each company that makes it. Eg Salbutamol inhaler may be called Ventolin, Salbulin or Salamol. Just as a vacuum cleaner may be called Hoover, Dyson or Electrolux.

The timing given is a general guide. However, a few medicines need to be taken strictly according to the directions. If they are taken at a particular time they will either work better or give fewer side effects. Ask your Pharmacist for specific advice.

This advice has been given to avoid side effects. Try taking your tablets with a milky drink or a biscuit instead. If this is not possible talk to your Doctor or Pharmacist for further advice.

Check with your Pharmacist, but for your convenience many medicines can be taken at the same time.

Don't panic. If you are directed to take several doses in a day just take the next planned dose. If it is a once daily medicine seek further advice, but don't take a double dose.

If your medicines are in bottles you can ask your Pharmacist to replace the child proof tops with easy open tops. There are also aids available to help open medicine bottles (see below). It is important that medicines are stored in a suitable container. If you feel it is necessary to take your tablets out of their original container then a tablet reminder box may be the answer. These can be filled at home by family or friends or your Pharmacist may provide this service for a fee.

Certain medicines which you can buy, may interfere with your prescribed medicines. You should ask your Pharmacist for advice before taking any remedies.

* Paracetamol is found in many cough and cold remedies as well as prescribed pain killers and both should not be taken at the same time.
* Some medicines may cause or worsen indigestion.
* Certain painkillers may worsen your asthma.
* Some antibiotics should not be taken at the same time of day as milk, indigestion remedies or iron.
* Certain painkillers may cause constipation.
* Constipation can often be resolved by moderate exercise (walking) and a healthy diet rather than taking a remedy.
